Elementalist Armour, Ancient or Vabbian? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey guys I'm in the process of leveling up a pve for the first time since I figured I use my pvp one often enough to warrant a cool looking char.

My question is in your opinion which of the two armour sets looks better? Ancient or Vabbian? Screenshots of both (dyed black preferably) would be helpful.

ps - ele is female.

Ancient, definitely. I do reccommend getting the headgear for Vabbian, though, since it's pretty cool-looking (and the only elite ele headgear in the game)...

Ancient Armour, by far. Looks best dyed brown (or was it orange? one of those), in my opinion, for a nice cloth appearance.

If you're going to dye it black, don't bother getting it - looks ugly.

Of those two sets, I'd say Vabbian by far.
But to be honest, I don't really like either of them.

Edit: Also check out the galleries on both wiki's (if you haven't already).

Actually, I'm not that fond of either... but I'd probably take Vabbian. Not that keen on the headgear, I prefer the Aura from the Canthan sets.
